SVSM Club Meetings

July Contest: July's club meeting is back at the Milpitas Libaray. The club contest for the month is "MiGs, Mopars and Marine Subjects" - a perfectly natural combination. Marine subjects are inclusive of Marine Corps Air Land Sea, all ships, etc., the other two are self explanatory.

The Silicon Valley Scale Modelers meets every third Friday of the month, from 7:00PM to 10:00PM. People often start congregating around 6:30 to chat and view the models the people have brought.

The next meeting is Friday, September 19.

The meetings are held at the Milpitas Public Library, at 40 N. Milpitas Blvd., Milpitas California. The simple directions to the meeting are:

• Come into Milpitas on Calaveras (Highway 237) from either I-880 or I-680.
• Turn north on Milpitas Blvd. The library and city hall are very prominent on the north east corner of this intersection.
• The door on the west side of the building is the entrance used.

Other meetings in the general Bay Area that may be of interest are:
